Refund Policy

1) Sellhub Subscriptions (Pro / Enterprise)
We may offer a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible Pro and Enterprise subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge by contacting support. Refunds under the money-back guarantee apply only to the first subscription payment for that plan (unless required by law).
Non-refundable cases
Renewal charges after the first paid period; Add-ons or services marked as non-refundable at checkout; Accounts suspended/terminated for fraud, abuse, or policy violations (unless required by law).
2) Creator Digital Products (Stores on Sellhub)
Refunds for digital products sold by creators are managed by the creator/store owner, not Sellhub. Each store may have its own refund rules, which should be shown on the store’s product page and/or checkout. Sellhub provides tools that allow creators to review and issue refunds, but the final decision generally rests with the creator/store owner, except where the product violates our Acceptable Use Policy or a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.
3) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we recommend contacting the store/support first so the issue can be resolved quickly. We may request additional information to investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with payment processor requirements.
4) How to Request a Refund
To request a subscription refund, contact support@sellhub.io. Please include your email address, plan name, approximate date of charge, and reason for the request.
5) Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times can vary by bank or payment method, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
