1) The Service
Sellhub provides tools that enable creators to list, sell, and deliver digital products. The platform may include storefront features, automated delivery, customer communications, analytics, and subscription plans. Payments are processed through third-party PCI-compliant payment processors. Sellhub does not store full payment card details.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe there is fraud, abuse, policy violations, or legal/compliance risk.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Sellhub to: engage in unlawful activity; sell prohibited content or restricted goods/services; infringe intellectual property rights; distribute malware, harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access; mislead customers, commit fraud, or evade chargebacks/disputes. We may remove content, restrict functionality, or suspend accounts to protect customers, the platform, and our payment partners.
4) Creator Responsibilities (Sellers)
Creators/store owners are responsible for: owning or having the legal rights to sell the products they offer; accurate product descriptions and lawful marketing; delivering products as described and providing customer support; handling refund requests according to their posted refund policy and applicable law.
5) Fees and Billing
Sellhub may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Any applicable subscription fees and billing terms are shown at checkout or within your plan details. Payment processor fees and applicable taxes may also apply. Refund eligibility for subscriptions and purchases is described in our Refund Policy. Unless required by law or stated in the Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable.
6) Disputes and Chargebacks
We may request additional information to investigate disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with processor requirements. Excessive chargebacks, high dispute rates, or suspected fraudulent activity may result in account limitations or suspension.
7) Intellectual Property
Sellhub’s software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell our platform or branding without written permission.
8) Disclaimer
Sellhub is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that products sold by creators will meet your expectations.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellhub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
10) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice within the platform.
